Subsequently, I enriched my training in France with specialized diplomas:the DEME (State Diploma of Educational Monitor), the DEES (State Diploma of SpecializedEducator) as well as a diploma of Head of Department in the medical-social sector. Thesetrainings allowed me to develop a holistic approach to education and medical-social support, and to acquire solid expertise in supporting vulnerable groups. I have held various positionsthroughout my career, including as a facilitator, educational monitor, specialized educator andhead of department. These experiences have allowed me to work closely withmultidisciplinary teams, to develop individualized projects for each user and to activelyparticipate in the implementation of integration and rehabilitation programs. As head ofdepartment, I was responsible for coordinating and supervising teams with the aim ofproviding quality support, always respectful of the needs and particularities of each individual. My career reflects my deep commitment to human values, listening, and respect for thedignity of each person supported. Today, with this rich and diverse experience, I wish tocontinue to put my skills at the service of an organization where people are at the heart of theaction.
